Release of Liability

SexCoaching is a service personal coaching to specific individuals, couples and/or groups. Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. This information shown on www.SexCoaching.com or expressed during sessions is intended to be general information with respect to common sex and intimacy issues. Information is offered in good faith – use is or not at your own discretion.

You, the client, agree to hold harmless Axia LLC, Mark Casey, fellow coaches and associates in SexCoaching.com (hereafter collectively referred to as the ‘Provider’), for such actions taken of their own accord as a result of this coaching. Further, you shall indemnify Provider against any claims on behalf of person(s) related or associated with you stemming from these sex coaching services. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Boulder County, Colorado.

You agree that using any of these sex coaching services are entirely at your own risk. Sex coaching services are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service. This service is requested at the your choice and responsibility. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by you following sex coaching is done so solely by your choice and responsibility and is not the responsibility of Provider.

SexCoaching Sessions are for adults 18 or older.   Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time and for any reason. Results are not guaranteed. Diagnosing psychological or medical conditions is for trained medical professionals (Physicians and Therapists), not for a SexCoach. All information shared for billing or for sessions is held confidential, with the exception of the client expressing wanting to hurt themselves, others, or reporting abuse of any kind. Your personally identifiable information is never sold, traded, nor intentionally given away.    In the event of an emergency, you are urged to contact 911, the National Suicide Hotline (1-800- 273-8255), your local suicide hotline or your local emergency response team.

The client takes full responsibility in the decisions they make after being coached as well as the consequences. The client enters into coaching with full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. Provider may provide information from other agencies, authors or website which may be of value, interest and convenience to you. This does not constitute endorsement of the agency, the material at those sites or any associated organization product of service. It is the responsibility of the user to make their own informed decision about the agency, the accuracy of the information at those sites and print material including their privacy policies. In no event shall Provider be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from use of the material.
