Taryn

Taryn is an intimacy coach in Cape Town, South Africa. She offers a safe, supportive space for individuals to explore and transform their intimate lives.

Drawing from both personal experience and professional training, Taryn understands how difficult it can be to navigate issues of intimacy, desire, and vulnerability. Her own journey toward embracing sexuality and deeper intimacy began with overcoming hurdles such as body insecurities, getting stuck in her head during sex, and breaking free from people pleasing and conflict avoidance. She arrived there by learning her own needs, boundaries, triggers and being able to communicate lovingly. Taryn is passionate about helping others achieve the same breakthroughs and transformation.

As a Somatica® certified sex and relationship coach, Taryn works with clients through their challenges around intimacy. Her approach blends compassion with practical tools, helping clients overcome shame, improve self-acceptance, and foster deeper connections in their life and relationships.

She believes that life is too short for bad sex, that we all deserve pleasure, and her mission is to help folks learn the skills necessary to get there.
