Allie

Allie is a Somatica-Certified sex & relationship coach in Portland, Maine. She is passionate about helping others form deeper connections and have better sex. It’s important to her that you feel confident in being your authentic self in your life, sex life, and your relationships. This includes embracing your sexuality, emotional and sexual needs and desires, boundaries and more.

Allie works with individuals who are partnered and unpartnered, as well as couples, in a somatic, experiential, empathetic way, to guide them on a journey of emotional and sexual healing, skill building, and transformation.

If you choose Allie as your coach, here’s how she will show up for you:

• In relationships: There is a level of connection and intimacy that is integral to this work – it is a different relationship than you may have with a therapist. Allie will be professional, but also tender and vulnerable with you.

• Wholeheartedly: Allie brings a tremendous amount of herself – her heart, empathy and insight – into each session.

• As a healer: We all have core wounds and patterns that prevent us from having the intimacy we long for. Allie will help you identify and bring love to your core wounds so that you can invite more intimacy into your life.

• As a shame slayer: Much of Allie’s work is in helping you to develop self-acceptance, self-love and self-worth, which requires removing shame around your body, sexuality, desires, and needs.

• Practically: As much as Allie is here to encourage deep emotional work, she is also always helping you find practical ways to realize your goals. And working with you in an experiential way to improve your relationships.

After supporting people for ten years as a health and wellness coach and yoga instructor, Allie found herself on her own journey of sex and intimacy healing. It changed her life, sex life, and relationships. She wanted her clients to experience the same transformations she had – helping them to reduce shame, love themselves, feel worthy of pleasure, and connect more deeply with themselves and others.

Guiding others on this life-changing journey of emotional and erotic empowerment is the most aligned work she’s ever done, and she would love to support you!
