Laura

Laura is a sex, relationship, and embodiment coach based in Asheville, North Carolina. Her mission is to help clients reach their greatest potential for pleasure and connection.

Laura’s practice is pleasure-centered. She adores teaching people to give and receive more pleasure. She uses experiential practices that enable clients to release shame, escape confusion, get out of their heads and into their bodies. In session, clients gain confidence and master relating to their erotic and physical selves, their emotions, their boundaries, and their partners. Her approach is inclusive, de-shaming, sex-positive, and trauma-informed.

Laura has over 10 years of experience as a sexologist, educator, and coach. With a PhD in Biology from the University of California Davis, Laura’s work is also grounded in the latest mind-body research. Prior to coaching, Laura worked as a professor and academic researcher. Now, she finds deep fulfillment in helping people achieve their wildest dreams in sexual satisfaction and interpersonal connection.

Laura is a Certified Somatica® Sex and Relationship Coach and a Certified Sexologist by the American Board of Sexology. She also holds certification from The Life Coach School. She has taught a wide variety of courses, spanning topics such as self-love, sexual communication, relationship repair, overcoming body image issues, shedding religious shame, and solving work-life imbalances that impact intimacy.

Laura works with individuals and couples internationally online, and in-person in Asheville, North Carolina.
